Having a passion to deliver transformational change to educational systems, I am writing to outline my extensive experience and successful track record in educational leadership. I truly believe that my background would enable me to make a major contribution to the educational success of the ministry as Education Assistant Deputy Minister.

Throughout my career, I have implemented an unconventional and innovative approach to education and training. I greatly enjoy discovering new ways to teach students and have been successful in developing and administering the largest and most successful school in the province. It is of my belief that the community should collaborate as a whole in order to provide the highest quality education and I have been known to drive forward in that belief by coordinating with society stakeholders in the development of a successful educational system.

With continual training in the field which includes a Doctor of Education, I have gained substantial knowledge of educational reform which is required for all learning institutions. Additionally, I have proactively consulted and presented First Nations educational strategies, online education and personal views of future educational strategies to countless professionals around the world including post-secondary institutions, businesses and conferences. My exceptional leadership and communication abilities have enabled me to lead professionals in transformational change and teach students with an inspirational and intriguing approach.

Combining my strong educational background, experience and skills, I believe that I would be an invaluable leader for the senior ministry team and I would be greatly honoured to be considered for the position.
